We partnered with them to engineer a digital flagship that creates immediate clarity. By decoupling the user journeys and integrating immersive virtual technology, we transformed a confused user experience into a streamlined, multifaceted ecosystem that serves both people and process.

Defining The Duality

The core friction was "noise" caused by a lack of definition. Brooks & Brooks operates two distinct business models under one roof, yet their digital footprint blurred the lines, confusing their audience. Furthermore, their operational team was burdened by the inefficiency of conducting manual physical tours of social housing for local authorities—a slow, analogue process in a digital world. We identified the need to separate the signal from the noise, creating a structure that would speak clearly to two very different audiences simultaneously.

Engineering Clarity

We executed a complete digital overhaul on Webflow, designed to facilitate two distinct user flows without fragmentation. Through strategic sitemapping and a defined colour-coded UX system, we visually distinguished the Recruitment arm from the Social Care provision, ensuring instant recognition for users landing on the site.

To solve the operational inefficiency, we integrated Kuula technology to build immersive virtual tours of their social houses. This move wasn't just aesthetic; it was functional innovation. By digitising the viewing process for local authorities, we removed friction from the housing allocation process, allowing the Brooks & Brooks team to redirect their focus from logistics back to what matters: the care of young people.
