Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Remote

You’re past the point of needing every decision explained, but still hungry enough to want the work to get better.

A mid-weight designer sits in the middle: not junior, not senior. You can take a brief, understand the problem, and turn it into polished design work without needing hand-holding at each step. You’re confident with layout, type, hierarchy, and visual systems. You know when to ask questions, when to push an idea further, and when to get the thing done.

We’re looking for someone who can move between brand, web, and digital design with care. Campaign assets, landing pages, pitch decks, identity exploration, social systems, product moments. The kind of work that needs taste, speed, and attention to detail in equal measure. You don’t need to be the person defining the whole strategy from scratch, but you should be able to take a direction and make it sharper, cleaner, and more useful.

We care about the small things more than is probably healthy. The space between sections. The line length. The weight of a heading. Whether the layout still works when the copy changes. This is a role for someone who notices those things too, someone who can make design feel considered without needing it to feel overworked.

A mid-weight designer at Senso is someone who can contribute meaningfully to the work, own defined parts of a project, and collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and developers to get ideas out of Figma and into the world. You’re not just producing assets, you’re helping shape the standard of the work.

This is freelance, project by project. We work with founders and growth-stage teams across the UK, US, and MENA.
