Brand Designer
A logo is the easy part. We're after people who design the whole world around it.
The type, the grid, the colour, the motion, the rules that hold it together when a client's marketing team takes the wheel. You think in systems, not assets. You can take a strategic platform and turn it into an identity that looks inevitable in hindsight, then build it so it connects with the people that matter most: the decks, the site, the packaging, the things you didn't art-direct.
We care about these things more than is strictly required. The kerning, the grid, the one weight of the typeface that makes the whole system click. We're a studio obsessed with design, and brand is where that obsession is most visible. The work we're proud of is the work where every decision feels considered, and that only happens with people who sweat the same details we do.
This is freelance, project by project. We work with founders and growth-stage teams across the UK, US, and MENA.
What you'll work on
- End-to-end identity systems for start-up and growth-stage brands
- Logotypes, type systems, colour, layout, iconography
- Brand guidelines that people can actually use, and more importantly move forward with
- Identities applied across all touchpoints - web, social, print, and motion
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of identity work, not one-off graphics
- Expert in Figma (read: it's home turf)
- A strong typographic eye and the discipline to use restraint
