Fintech brand and product design, built for trust.
Senso helps fintech companies build brand identity and product experiences that earn user trust and hold up under regulatory scrutiny.

Fintech is a credibility problem as much as a design problem. Users hand over money and data. The product has to feel safe before it feels slick.
Fintech lives and dies on trust
Trust isn't a tagline in fintech. It's the product. A user handing you their money, their salary, their savings needs to feel safe in the first three seconds, before they've read a word. Most fintech branding leans on the same blue gradients and rounded sans-serifs, and buyers see straight through it. We build fintech brands that signal stability without looking like a bank from 2009. That means a coherent visual system, considered typography, and copy that explains what you do without jargon. Credibility is engineered, not claimed. We design the trust signals, the security cues, the proof points, and we make them part of the brand rather than a compliance afterthought bolted on at the end.
Complex products, made obvious
Lending, payments, treasury, embedded finance: the products are genuinely complicated, but your interface can't be. The fintech companies that win are the ones that make a hard thing feel simple, and that's a design problem before it's an engineering one. We map the user's mental model, then build product flows that reduce a multi-step financial decision to something a person can act on with confidence. Onboarding, KYC, funding, the first transaction: each is a moment where users quietly decide whether to stay. We design those moments deliberately. Clear states, honest error handling, no dark patterns. The goal is a fintech product where the complexity lives under the hood and the surface stays calm.
Built to ship, not to admire
Plenty of studios stop at the design file and leave the build to you. We take it through to production. For fintech, that matters more than usual, because the gap between a polished prototype and a regulated, production-ready product is where projects die. We work in your stack, design with real constraints in mind, and ship a front end engineers can actually use. Component libraries, design tokens, a system your team can extend after we leave. We've built for early-stage fintech raising their seed and for scale-ups rebuilding a tired platform. Either way, you get a team that works inside your roadmap, not a supplier lobbing files over the wall. Brand and product, designed and built as one.

Our WorkWhat we do
Before anything is designed, it's decided. Positioning, research and brand architecture that give every decision after it a direction.
When the experience is the product. UX and UI for websites, platforms and apps, researched, prototyped and tested for the people who'll use them.
From first wireframe to shipped product. Websites, apps and design systems built to be maintained, measured and grown.
The operational layer behind the brand. CRM, automation and integrations that keep growing teams fast and organised.

Frequently asked questions
We're a design and product studio, not a compliance firm, but we've shipped enough fintech work to design around the constraints. We build KYC, AML and consent flows that satisfy your legal and compliance teams while staying usable, and we collaborate directly with them through the project rather than designing in a vacuum.
Yes. We design and build front ends that drop into your real environment, whether that's React, a component library you already use, or a legacy platform you're modernising. We deliver design tokens and reusable components your engineers can extend, so the work doesn't decay the moment we hand it over.
That's our preferred way to work. Doing fintech branding and product design in one engagement means your identity, interface and tone stay coherent from day one. Early-stage teams especially benefit, since investors and first users judge credibility fast and inconsistency reads as risk.
We start with the user's mental model, not your feature list. Then we sequence the flow so each step asks for one decision at a time, with clear states and plain language. Complexity stays in the engine; the interface stays calm. It's the core discipline of good fintech product design.
