Conversion rate optimisation for sites and stores.
Senso's CRO work combines user research, UX design and structured testing to lift conversion rates on websites and e-commerce stores.

Most sites lose customers before they act. We find where and why. Then we fix it.
Data tells you where; design fixes it
Analytics and heatmaps can identify where users drop off, but they rarely explain why. The diagnostic work, user interviews, session recordings, usability testing, is what turns a list of problem pages into a prioritised set of design changes worth testing. Skipping that step is why most CRO programmes plateau early.
Testing without a hypothesis is noise
Running A/B tests because a tool makes it easy produces inconclusive results and wasted traffic. Every test Senso runs starts with a documented hypothesis tied to a specific friction point and a measurable outcome. That discipline is what makes results transferable and compounds over successive rounds of testing.

Our WorkWhat we do
Before anything is designed, it's decided. Positioning, research and brand architecture that give every decision after it a direction.
When the experience is the product. UX and UI for websites, platforms and apps, researched, prototyped and tested for the people who'll use them.
From first wireframe to shipped product. Websites, apps and design systems built to be maintained, measured and grown.
The operational layer behind the brand. CRM, automation and integrations that keep growing teams fast and organised.

Frequently asked questions
Initial quick wins, fixing obvious friction points without testing, can show movement within the first four to six weeks. Statistically significant A/B test results typically require six to twelve weeks depending on your traffic volumes. We sequence work so there are early gains while longer tests run in parallel.
Meaningful A/B tests generally require enough traffic to reach statistical significance within a reasonable timeframe, a rough minimum is around five thousand monthly sessions on the page being tested. Below that threshold we focus on qualitative research and direct UX improvements rather than split testing, which still produces measurable conversion gains.
A redesign replaces the site based on judgement and brand goals; CRO is an evidence-led process of incremental improvement using real user behaviour. The two are not mutually exclusive, CRO findings often inform a redesign brief, and a newly launched site benefits from a CRO programme once it has live traffic data to learn from.
