Conversion rate optimisation for sites and stores.
Senso's CRO work combines user research, UX design and structured testing to lift conversion rates on websites and e-commerce stores.

Most sites lose customers before they act. We find where and why. Then we fix it.
Opinions are cheap, tests are not
Most CRO advice is someone's taste dressed up as best practice. Make the button green. Shorten the form. Add urgency. Some of it works, most of it is noise, and none of it is true until your traffic proves it. We run conversion optimisation as a discipline: a hypothesis tied to a real friction point, an A/B test built to reach significance, and a decision based on the result rather than the loudest voice in the meeting. We won't burn your traffic on trivial tests that can't move the number. We start where the money is, the steps in your funnel that leak the most, and we keep a record so you stop relitigating the same arguments every quarter.
Landing pages built to convert, not to win awards
A landing page has one job, and most fail it by trying to do five. We design and build landing pages around a single action, with message match to the ad or campaign that sent the visitor, a clear hierarchy, and copy that answers the objection in the visitor's head before they bounce. Speed counts too, a page that loads slowly loses conversions before anyone reads it, so we build lean and fast. We don't hand you a mockup and leave the build to chance. We ship the page, wire up the tracking, and watch how real visitors behave, then cut what doesn't earn its place. Beautiful and unconverting is just expensive decoration.
Fix the funnel, not just the page
Conversion rarely fails in one spot. It leaks across the journey, from the ad to the landing page to the checkout to the confirmation email. We map the full funnel and find where you're actually losing people, then fix the steps that matter instead of polishing a page that was never the problem. That means proper analytics, event tracking, and watching session recordings to see real behaviour rather than guessing. Often the biggest win isn't a redesign, it's removing a needless field, clarifying pricing, or killing a step that exists for your convenience and not the customer's. We optimise the path to revenue, then keep testing, because a funnel that isn't measured quietly decays.

Our WorkWhat we do
Before anything is designed, it's decided. Positioning, research and brand architecture that give every decision after it a direction.
When the experience is the product. UX and UI for websites, platforms and apps, researched, prototyped and tested for the people who'll use them.
From first wireframe to shipped product. Websites, apps and design systems built to be maintained, measured and grown.
The operational layer behind the brand. CRM, automation and integrations that keep growing teams fast and organised.

Frequently asked questions
Two common shapes: a fixed-scope project to fix a specific funnel or build high-converting landing pages, or an ongoing retainer for continuous testing. Retainers make sense once you have enough traffic to test properly. If your volume is low, we'll tell you, and focus on fixing the obvious leaks rather than charging you for tests that can't reach significance.
Enough to reach statistical significance in a reasonable window, usually a few thousand visitors a month per tested page as a rough floor. Below that, A/B testing takes too long to be useful. We instead use qualitative methods, session recordings, heuristic review, and direct funnel fixes, to lift conversion without waiting months for data.
Quick structural fixes, a broken step, a confusing form, can move numbers within weeks. Proper A/B tests need time to reach significance, often two to six weeks each. CRO is a compounding programme, not a one-off, and the gains come from a steady run of validated wins rather than one heroic redesign. We're honest about which is which.
Funnel analysis, analytics and event tracking setup, prioritised hypotheses, test design and build, landing pages where needed, and clear reporting on what won and why. You keep the learnings in a documented log, so insight compounds instead of evaporating when someone leaves. We build and ship the changes, not just recommend them.
