No. Early is often the best time. Getting positioning, brand and product foundations right before launch is far cheaper than fixing them later, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.
We scope engagements to where you actually are. For early-stage companies that often means a focused MVP of brand and product rather than the full system, built so it can grow with you instead of being thrown away.
In selected cases we'll consider blended arrangements for founders we believe in, but most engagements are straightforward project or retainer work. We're happy to talk through what fits your situation.
