Healthcare brand and product design, built to be trusted.
Senso helps healthcare and healthtech organisations build brands and digital products that communicate clearly, comply confidently, and earn patient trust.

Healthcare brands carry real stakes. We design for clarity first. Then credibility. Then conversion.
Trust is a design output, not a tone of voice
Healthcare organisations often treat trust as a messaging problem. It is not. It is built through layout hierarchy, contrast ratios, plain-language information architecture, and every interaction decision in a digital product. We design systems where the interface itself communicates competence, before a patient reads a single word of copy.
Compliance does not have to mean compromise
WCAG 2.2, NHS identity guidelines, data consent patterns, these are constraints, not blockers. The best healthtech products we have worked on treat regulatory requirements as design briefs: specific, testable, and ultimately useful to the people using the product. We carry that mindset in from the first sprint.

Our WorkWhat we do
Before anything is designed, it's decided. Positioning, research and brand architecture that give every decision after it a direction.
When the experience is the product. UX and UI for websites, platforms and apps, researched, prototyped and tested for the people who'll use them.
From first wireframe to shipped product. Websites, apps and design systems built to be maintained, measured and grown.
The operational layer behind the brand. CRM, automation and integrations that keep growing teams fast and organised.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. We work across both NHS-commissioned services and independent healthcare providers. The deliverables differ, NHS projects often sit within tighter brand and accessibility governance, but our process handles both. We are familiar with NHS England brand guidance and the procurement routes typically used by NHS bodies.
We design to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline across all healthcare work, and will target AAA compliance where the product brief requires it. Accessibility testing is built into our design and QA process rather than bolted on at the end, that includes colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, and plain-language content review.
Yes. We work in phased design systems, establishing a component library and design language first, then migrating screens progressively. This approach lets your engineering team ship updates incrementally rather than requiring a single high-risk cutover, and it gives clinical and governance stakeholders time to review changes at each stage.
