  • There is no single right moment, but the two most common inflection points are pre-launch (when you need to establish credibility before you have users) and post-product-market fit (when growth is constrained by conversion, not just product). Investing too early can mean rebuilding everything after pivoting; waiting too long means brand debt slows sales cycles and raises CAC.
